March 9, 2019

When shopping for a venue for your wedding day celebration, we understand that ease of inclusive services is important to our clients.  That is why our catering packages, exclusively serviced by JPC Event Group, include all of your basic wedding reception needs in easy to understand packages with no hidden fees.  So what is included you ask?

a catering manager for the day of your event to oversee the food and beverage services of your day

professional trained service staff

floor length linens in a range of color choices for your dining tables

linen dinner napkin

bar mixer package with Coke products, plastic cups, garnishes, juices, soda and tonic

beverage ice for consumption in complimentary rolling ice bins*

dinner china, silver flatware, water goblets or water station

water urn display in the welcome tent

appetizer display

entree and side dishes in a range of service styles from BBQ to family style, sit down to stations

coffee station with porcelain mugs during dinner service

cake cutting to your cake table on patron provided disposable plates

cookie display {if desired} with our display pedestals, trays and other accent pieces and your cookies

gold chiavari chairs, if desired

4 complimentary tickets to one of our bi-annual client tasting events

And additionally, JPC Event Group brings mobile cooking equipment on site, at no cost to our clients to ensure the freshest, finest culinary experience for you and your guests.

Couples today are often food savvy.  They dine out regularly at chic bistros or local hotspots rather than settling for the chain restaurants.  Fresh food, creative menus and plate presentation are important to them.  And these high standards get even higher on their wedding day.  The thought that their wedding food may be a frozen product would send them running.  This is why JPC Event Group has always prepared our food fresh, on-site.

We look foward to sharing a fine array of included items and services in each catering package to help reduce the line item costs charged by other venues, and to ensure you have a delicious wedding day.
